Shipping and Returns
We ship from Chicagoland in Illinois using USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 2 business days to get your order shipped. If the product you ordered is on back order, please allow up 2 weeks to ship your product. If you received an item that is damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will gladly replace it. If you are unhappy with your order, let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we would be glad to do what we can to make things right. No returns will be accepted before our authorization. Please note that all items are handmade and unique, therefore sizes, colors, grain patterns and tones may vary slightly. These variations are the telltale signs of authentic artisanal workmanship and should not be considered as defects. Each piece does go through inspection before shipping to you. Should you still feel that you have received a defective or imperfect piece please contact us.
